The Pilates based method is one of the best kept keep fit secrets of all time: generations of professional dancers, film stars, models and athletes have used it not only to maintain fitness, shape, develop co-ordination, to prevent strain and injury but as a major contribution to rehabilitation following injury.
Established in 1996 by former principal ballerina, Graciela Kaplan, Highfield Pilates Studio offers the client individually tailored programmes based around both specialised Pilates equipment and matwork.
Classes last approximately one and a half hours with no more than four clients in any session, thus ensuring the maximum individual attention of your instructor.
Graciela is a member of the Pilates Foundation.
